Weirdough sourdough breads have been an every day staple in my home for a year now. My brother & I are gluten intolerant, but these sourdoughs work great for us. There is no gut discomfort and I don't break out into any rashes which is what usually happens if I consume gluten. Highly recommend their bread and even their pizzas.
