Seeded Sourdough is naturally leavened and made in small batches, with slow fermentation building flavour, crust and a satisfying crumb.

Naturally leavened bread made with 67% Organic Bread Flour, 33% Organic Whole Wheat Flour, Water & Salt. No Commercial Yeast Used. Seeds are added. It is also vegan.

Serve sliced or lightly toasted. Keep well wrapped at room temperature, and slice and freeze anything you will not eat promptly.
