The Country Loaf is Weirdough’s essential naturally leavened sourdough: slowly fermented, hand-shaped and baked in small batches for a deeply bronzed crust and open, satisfying crumb.

Ingredients: Organic bread flour (67%), organic whole wheat flour (33%), water and pink salt. Allergens: Contains wheat. Weirdough’s bakery also handles dairy, eggs, nuts and seeds.

Serving and storage

Toast for breakfast, serve beside soup, or bring to the table with good butter and cheese. Keep well wrapped at room temperature; slice and freeze anything you will not eat promptly.
