1. What makes Weirdough breads and bakes different?
All our products are made with 100% natural sourdough, slow-fermented doughs, clean ingredients and no additives. We focus on gut health, better digestion and real flavour WITH overnight slow fermentation.
2. Do you use commercial yeast?
No — all our breads and most bakes are naturally leavened with our in-house sourdough starter .
3. Are your products vegetarian?
All our sourdough breads are vegetarion , only babkas and some cakes/ cookies have egg.
4. Do your products contain preservatives or artificial flavours?
Never. We don’t use preservatives, improvers, added gluten, premixes, or artificial colours/flavours.
5. How should I store sourdough bread?
Keep it in a paper bag or cloth bag in the refrigerator.
For longer storage, slice and freeze in air tight container then toast when needed.
6. How long does sourdough bread stay fresh?
Our loaves stay fresh for 2–3 days at room temperature,5-6 days in refrigerator and up to 2 months when frozen.
7. Do you deliver across Mumbai?
Yes, we deliver across all parts of Mumbai. Delivery charges vary by distance.
8. Do you offer pan india shpping
Yes only for products listed under Pan india section on website. We will not be responsible for damage if item outside of that menu is ordered for pan india shipping
9. Do you offer same-day delivery?
For a few products, yes — depending on availability.
Most sourdough items require 24–48 hours because fermentation takes time.
10. Can I place a custom order?
Yes! Cakes, celebration breads, corporate gifting, seasonal hampers — all can be customised with advance notice.
11. Are your sourdough breads gluten free
The slow overnight fermentation breaks the gluten content in sourdough breads. A lot of our regular have gluten intolerance or insensitivity and can digest our sourdough very well.
If one has celiac then sourdough not recommended. We also have a lot of gluten free cakes on our menu.
12. What is the shelf life of your cookies, cakes and bakes?
- Cookies: 10–15 days in an airtight box
- Cakes: 3–4 days refrigerated
- Galettes & pastries: 1–2 days
- Christmas bakes vary (stollen, panettone etc. all have a shelf life of minimum 3 weeks.
13. Do you make vegan products?
Yes! We have several vegan breads, cookies and desserts.
14. Can I subscribe to a weekly bread plan?
Yes — we offer weekly and monthly sourdough subscriptions for regular customers.
15. What time are deliveries made?
Typically between 11 AM – 8 PM depending on distance and partner availability.
16. Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?
Absolutely. We specialise in corporate boxes, festival gifting, events, and café supply.
17. How do I reheat your products?
- Bread: Light toast or warm in oven for 5–7 minutes
- Cookies: 1–2 minutes in oven or 10–15 seconds in microwave
- Galettes/Puffs: 5–7 minutes in oven
18. What payment modes do you accept?
UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking.
19. Do you have a physical store?
We have a cloud bakery , we deliver to your door step or you can pick up from outside our bakery kitchen in Andheri West
