These Terms of Service govern your use of www.helloweirdough.in and purchases from Weirdough The Artisan Baker.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract and must provide complete and accurate information when using the website.
You must not:
• Misuse the website or interfere with its security
• Attempt unauthorised access to the website or another customer’s information
• Submit false, misleading, unlawful or fraudulent information
• Use the website for an unlawful or unauthorised purpose
• Reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission
• Introduce malware, harmful code or automated abuse
PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Our products are handmade in small batches. Photographs are representative. Reasonable differences in colour, finish, crumb, decoration, flowers, ribbons, packaging and presentation may occur.
Product availability, ingredients and presentation may change. If a material component becomes unavailable, we will seek your approval before making a material substitution or provide another appropriate remedy.
Adding an item to the basket does not reserve it.
An order is accepted when payment is authorised and we issue an order confirmation, subject to availability, serviceability, applicable cutoffs and fraud or pricing checks.
We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason. If we cannot supply a paid item, we will refund the amount collected for that item.
PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees.
Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before you authorise payment.
We may correct an obvious pricing, availability or description error before fulfilment. If a material correction affects your order, we will give you the choice to accept the corrected order or receive a refund.
DELIVERY DATES, CUTOFFS AND PREORDERS
You must select an available delivery date where required.
Product-specific lead times, preorder periods, delivery days, delivery slots and cutoffs shown on the product page apply to that product.
An order submitted after a cutoff is eligible only for the next available date.
Mumbai-only items cannot be delivered outside eligible Mumbai delivery areas. Only products specifically designated for Pan-India delivery may be sent outside Mumbai by courier.
CANCELLATIONS AND DATE CHANGES
Cancellation or delivery-date-change requests must be made at least 24 hours before delivery and before any earlier product-specific cutoff or preorder deadline. The earlier deadline applies.
Requests made after production, ingredient procurement, personalisation or preparation has begun may not be accepted.
FOOD INFORMATION, ALLERGENS AND DIETARY SELECTIONS
Product pages provide the ingredient, allergen and dietary information available for each product.
Our bakery handles wheat and gluten, milk, nuts, peanuts, eggs, sesame, soy and other allergens. Unless a product expressly states otherwise, cross-contact is possible.
“Eggless” means that egg is not intentionally used in the selected recipe. It does not mean that the product was prepared in an egg-free or allergen-free facility.
Customers are responsible for:
• Reviewing ingredient and allergen information
• Selecting the correct egg or eggless option
• Communicating allergies before ordering
• Seeking appropriate medical advice for serious allergies or dietary conditions
If an allergy is severe or the available information is insufficient, please contact Weirdough before ordering. Do not rely solely on product tags, photographs or advertising language.
HEALTH AND FERMENTATION INFORMATION
Statements concerning fermentation, digestion, nutrition, mineral absorption, glycaemic response, gut health or wellbeing are general educational information. They are not medical advice and do not promise a particular health outcome.
Slow-fermented wheat sourdough is not gluten-free and is not suitable for a person with coeliac disease.
A product should be treated as gluten-free only where that specific product is expressly identified as such. Customers with coeliac disease or a severe allergy should obtain appropriate medical advice and contact us before ordering because the bakery handles gluten-containing ingredients.
GIFTS, MESSAGES AND RECIPIENTS
You confirm that recipient details and gift-message content are accurate and lawful.
We may refuse offensive, discriminatory, unlawful, threatening or unsafe gift-message content.
Flowers, ribbons, gift boxes, Rakhi and other optional additions are subject to availability. They may vary reasonably from photographs while preserving the nature and approximate value of the selected addition.
You are responsible for confirming the recipient’s address, telephone number and availability.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Where a bread plan or other subscription product is offered, the product page will state the applicable quantity, scheduling window, delivery dates and price.
Selected delivery dates remain subject to availability and applicable bakery closure days. Any cancellation or amendment rights stated for the relevant subscription apply in addition to these terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Weirdough name, branding, artwork, photographs, written content, website design and other materials are owned by or licensed to Weirdough.
You may use the website for personal shopping only.
No content may be copied, reproduced, commercially exploited, republished, used to imitate the brand, or used to train or promote another business without prior written permission.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Payments, messaging, local delivery, courier and other functions may be provided by third parties. Their services may be subject to additional terms.
We remain responsible for our obligations under applicable law. However, we are not responsible for independent third-party systems or disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weirdough is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when an order was accepted.
We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability relating to fraud, wilful misconduct, defective products or rights available under consumer-protection law.
EVENTS BEYOND REASONABLE CONTROL
We are not responsible for delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, flooding, transport interruption, government action, power failure, network failure, civil disruption or widespread service interruption.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and contact you where fulfilment is materially affected.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our operations or applicable law. The terms applicable to an order are those published when the order was accepted, unless a later change is required by law or agreed with you.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Courts and competent consumer authorities in Mumbai, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction, subject to any forum or remedy that applicable consumer law permits you to use.
