Jalapeño cheddar bagels are naturally leavened and made in small batches, with slow fermentation building flavour, crust and a satisfying crumb.

Chewy, crusty and properly dense goods that have an extra deep flavour and a toothsome crust. No commercial yeast used. Jalapeños and Cheddar are drizzled on top. Box of 2 bagels.
