Our signature naturally leavened sourdough, packed with sweet sun-dried tomatoes and aged Parmesan. Slow fermented for over 24 hours to develop a crisp crust, soft open crumb, and rich savoury flavour. pairs well with soups, salads, pasta, cheese boards, or toasted for gourmet sandwiches.
